Dr. Faludi concluded a fellowship in orthopedic surgery at Johns Hopkins University where he trained further in reconstructive arthritis, hand, plastic and microscopic surgery. After finishing the San Francisco Hand Surgery Fellowship (UCSF affiliated), Dr. Faludi settled in Northern Virginia to practice reconstructive orthopedic, hand and microsurgery.

Dr. Faludi’s expertise in the delicate techniques required for working with small vessels and nerves, soft tissue, skin, and bone flow naturally into Aesthetic Medicine.  His broad based surgical reconstructive experience is the foundation for effective, less invasive cosmetic medical techniques. He pioneered the intraoperative use of lasers in orthopedic surgery and continues to use state-of-the-art lasers for skin and soft tissue rejuvenation in his current clinical practice.

Dr. Faludi now focuses on treating facial and hand aging due to skin changes and volume losses that occur over time. He revitalizes depleted, environmentally damaged skin and reshapes supporting tissues by using minimally invasive techniques, including injectables and laser technology.

He is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.
